My experience From calling reception and being treated with total respect by both receptionists, to my appointment the same day was amazing .Everything was explained with clarity and the treatment so professional , with my wellbeing utmost throughout . Fantastic dentist. As an extremely nervous patient, I had a lot of anxiety going in but all the staff there have been fantastic. The receptionists have been wonderful and Dr Krupesh has been fantastic, firstly with putting my mind at ease, but also the treatments so far. Can't recommend them enough.I should have gone to the Dentist a long time ago and I'm so glad that Purlys is the place I chose when finally plucking up the courage to go.If you've been holding off, no matter how bad it is, book an appointment, you won't regret it.

Fantastic service, the dental team put me at ease right away. They were thorough with their examination and showed me the pictures of my teeth and explained what needs doing, what may be of concern but isn't essential, and how we should proceed with treatment.They took the time to do it right instead of rushing through. I fully recommend them!

I am very pleased with the quality of service and the professional, friendly staff. Dr. Nitin, Dr. Shikha, Sara, Sam, and others I have encountered have all been wonderful, making sure I was not left in pain and that my dental issues were promptly addressed. An amazing dentistry practice with equally amazing staff. Notably, Dr Shikha Attray may be one of the best and most knowledgeable dentists I’ve ever encountered. She’s also really friendly and if you have any anxiousness with regards to going to the dentist, then she is the one to see.Very happy with the service I have received here so far. Dr Attray and her associates are a real credit to the team and I’m sure the other dentists here are equally as amazing 😊

Super friendly dentists, Dr Krupesh is very knowledgeable and patient when explaining things to you, especially if you're a nervous patient.The staff are lovely and friendly too, and their aftercare is superb. I've had 2 extractions and they'd check in with me every so often to see how my recovery was going. Cannot fault them! Thank you Purlys!

I really like this dental practice. They make sure that they do a great job at looking after your teeth. All options on treatment are thoughtfully considered and as a patient I have full control on which option of treatment I take. Perfect Purlys - I have been a patient with this dental practice for 63 years and had two dentists - Mr Elder and Mr Kotecha. Both dentists, hygienists and all staff over the years have looked after me very well. Highly recommended and thank you to the Practice from me and my family.

I joined Purleys six or more years ago. I couldn’t get into an NHS dentist and although it wasn’t my intention to go private, I’m glad I did. Although I’ve only seen Krupesh for some of that time he has been a sympathetic and impressive dentist. He has been incredibly good with my girls (NHS) and he is always clear about what is going to happen. My wisdom tooth removal yesterday was also so much less of an issue than it was 9 years ago under anaesthetic at Watford. I’m a lot less scared of the dentist!

We used Purlys for my dad who is in a care home, we are so glad we did.They were kind, caring and compassionate. My dad is hard of hearing, they did everything they could to explain the procedure to him and allowed me to be there throughout his treatment which settled him a lot.Everyone in the practice was friendly and courteous.Purlys is a brilliant dental practice and very reasonably priced.

I found Purlys on Google as I moved to the area last year and needed a dentist as I hadn't been in a long time and my front tooth had chipped.The staff were friendly upon my arrival and I didn't have to wait long for my appointment.The dentist I was assigned was friendly and had a good sense of humour and ran through my options and even did a quick mock up of what would be done to get an idea of how it looked.I came 3 times to get my checkup, cleaning and teeth sorted, each time it was a pleasure (well, the scale and polish wasn't so much)I enjoyed the chats and banter while being treated, it was a shame my mouth was preoccupied or I would've joined in.It was easy to make future appointments too.Good dentist, quality work, friendly staff, highly recommended.

I hate going to the dentist so for me to give any dental practice 5 stars is a big deal 😆The reception staff are all lovely and welcoming, the hygienists are as careful and gentle as they can be given what they are trying to achieve and Mr Kotecha is brilliant - I find it hard to imagine anyone could be better. He’s just a lovely man and a great dentist.If you have to go to the dentist (and you should go regularly, of course), you won’t find better than Purlys IMO

Used Purlys for a long time and always received great service. Front desk is always smiling and friendly. Can have a laugh with the dentist and assistants as well and they are quick to make you feel welcome and at ease. They try to get to know you as a person and understand your daily routine and help with any questions on how to take care of your teeth. Overall, haven't had a bad experience with them

I took my baby boy for his first ever dental check up on Monday and I can't express enough how amazing both the receptionists and the dental staff were with him! He absolutely loved being there and actually allowed them to check over his mouth (he doesnt even let me look) and he loved getting a sticker for being so good. I've never been to such a friendly and welcoming dentist, we'll look forward to our next visit.

I had not visited a dentist for over 40 years was making the appointment with some fear. My fears turned out to be unfounded. Anup and his team from reception to leaving the surgery were excellent and allayed my fears. I will be having my 2nd appointment in a couple of weeks. Thanks to all at Purlys.

Dr Krupesh Patel fixed my teeth after I had a nasty accident and damaged both of my front teeth. He treated me very quickly and was helpful to answer all of my queries whenever I reached out to him before and after the treatment. He also made sure I felt very at ease during the whole process so I would highly recommend him!

I joined this dentist after it being highly recommended to me by a number of people. I have issues relating to my joints, which means that my jaw easily dislocates. I also had a bad experience with a dentist when I was younger, which has led to me feeling very nervous and putting off going to the dentist. I have now been visiting this dentist for over a year and they have completely put me at ease. It's really easy to get an appointment, particularly when you've got tooth ache and desperately want to be seen. All of the staff that I have met are really friendly and helpful. They go over and beyond to make things comfortable and book appointments at the last minute. They are great with children with different learning needs too. Highly recommended!

I could not recommend Krupesh and his friendly team more highly for the high level of professionalism they all demonstrated during my extensive dental treatment which started prior to lockdown and carried over until now: 2 root canals with crowns and a frontcrown. Furthermore, this work was complicated by the level of details required by the front crown. I could not be happier with the results. Krupesh is professional and explains in details his work strategy as well as consistently following up with email check ups.

A friend recommended me to Purlys as I had some dental pain on a Friday. Krupesh kindly saw me out of hours and quickly identified the problem and I underwent root canal a couple of days later. Highly recommended dentist. I do not live locally, I was visiting family but had a dental emergency. I spoke to Krupesh who was really helpful and friendly, and he arranged a remote prescription for antibiotics to be sent to Sainsburys for me. I could not have been more appreciative. Used this dentist twice now and it's exceptional. Both times I've received an appointment on the next day of me calling and the first time was to get some retainers fitted because I broke my previous pair and it was much cheaper than other places, they did a good job too. I saw the hygienist last week to get a thorough clean of my teeth and gums. The dentist was very nice and polite and did a 10/10 professional job. I couldn't recommend this dentist more.
